Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a subscription?
Tap the + button on the home screen. You can add subscriptions manually by entering the details, or use the email scan feature to automatically discover subscriptions from your inbox.
How do I set up reminders?
Go to Settings > Reminders. Enable push notifications and set how many days in advance you want to be reminded (1-7 days).
Is my data secure?
Yes! All your subscription data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or transmit any personal information to external servers.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Data Management > Export Data. Your subscriptions will be exported as a CSV file that you can save or share.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Tap on a subscription to view its details. If a cancel link is available, you'll see a "Cancel Subscription" button that will take you directly to the service's cancellation page.
How do I add the home screen widget?
On iOS: Long press on your home screen, tap the + button, search for "SubBuddy", and add the widget. On Android: Long press on your home screen, select Widgets, find SubBuddy, and drag it to your screen.
