By downloading, installing, or using FreshBox+ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FreshBox+ provides:

• Food inventory management and tracking
• Expiry date reminders and notifications
• AI-powered recipe suggestions
• Barcode scanning for quick item entry
• Cloud synchronization across devices

The App is intended to help reduce food waste. AI recipe suggestions are for reference only.

3. Subscriptions

FreshBox+ offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly: $1.99/month with premium features
• Yearly: $9.99/year with premium features
• Lifetime: $29.99 one-time purchase

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. Free Tier Limitations

• 1 storage location
• Maximum 20 food items
• 3 AI recipe requests per day
• Advertisements displayed

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FreshBox+ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI recipe suggestions. The App is for food management assistance only.

8. Limitation of Liability

FreshBox+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
