By downloading, installing, or using Griday ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Griday provides:

• Photo collage creation with 2-9 photos
• 40+ layout templates
• Multiple export sizes (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Save to gallery and share functionality

3. Premium Features

Griday offers premium layouts:

• First 3 layouts for each photo count are free
• Additional layouts require a one-time purchase
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you use in the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you select.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including layout designs, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Griday and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Griday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
